A Strabismus is not just in the “eye”

I came across an interesting post on my colleague Dr. Leonard Press, O.D’s blog.  The term strabismus refers to a muscle imbalance where one eye is usually turned out, in, up or down from the other eye.  An example of a child with a strabismus would be a child that has one eye that “crosses”.  Please click on this web page to read Dr Press’s blog referring to a recent article discussing that more than just the eyes are involved.
